Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to lead our cleaning and custodial operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily management of housekeeping staff, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and maintain an inviting environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety regulations, and promote a culture of excellence in hospitality and cleanliness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience through impeccable housekeeping management. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations across all areas Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with industry best practices Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, use of janitorial equipment, and customer service excellence Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure smooth operational flow Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations Lead team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and custodial services Familiarity with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for effective team supervision and coordination Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable Join us as a Housekeeping Executive and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
