THE TEAM
As part of the Housekeeping team within the Rooms Division, you will support the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Managers in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service standards throughout the hotel. Working closely with Room Attendants and colleagues across departments, you will help create a welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience.
YOUR ROLE

Monitor and coordinate the operation of housekeeping areas, including guest floors, linen rooms, uniform rooms, public areas, offices, and storerooms. Manage the inventory, distribution, and control of linens, amenities, cleaning products, and housekeeping supplies. Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a service-focused approach. Maintain responsibility for lost and found procedures while ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
COULD THIS BE YOU?

You are committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, personal presentation, and guest service. You are able to speak, read, and write English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
OUR BENEFITS
As part of our team, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.
