Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high-quality service that enhances guest satisfaction. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold sanitation protocols, and foster a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks. Ensure all cleaning procedures meet established safety regulations and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment. Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence. Conduct regular inspections of hotel to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support efficient operations. Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, safety regulations, and management of janitorial operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and promote a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial interactions and team supervision. Experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality settings is highly preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is a plus.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
