As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and concerns
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Oversee laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Handle any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and management
• Knowledge of custodial duties, including floor care and maintenance
