Being an Environmental Services Specialist is the prestigious next step if you have previous experience as a housekeeper, janitor or other sanitation specialist. We are looking for a highly organized, flexible and energetic EVS Supervisor to work/supervise staff that cleans hospital rooms in Lubbock, Texas. This is a PM shift position. The EVS Supervisor helps oversee all housekeeping activities at the facility, according to standards assigned by the department manager and company. The qualified candidate will maintain the highest possible standards of service and cleanliness, good public relationships, and excellent customer service. The qualified candidate will supervise a small staff, as well as perform daily tasks/cleaning services him/herself. Three years of previous supervisory experience in the housekeeping field required. Prior experience with floor care and OR cleaning preferred. The qualified candidate should be organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, punctual and have good people skills. The qualified candidate should demonstrate a positive, encouraging and teamwork attitude. The qualified candidate must maintain a professional appearance.
