The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of department personnel and for performing a wide variety of housekeeping functions. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, professional and motivated; must have good awareness of internal and external deadlines. Submit work orders to maintenance department Ensure that operational and safety procedures are followed Ensure housekeeping requests from guests or management are responded to in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner Perform the work of housekeeping and laundry personnel when necessary Perform other job related duties as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required Prior experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role Customer service experience Excellent communication and organizational skills SMI Hotel Group recruits the best and brightest, in order to deliver the highest quality service to our guests.
