  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and custodial operations across our property, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through meticulous management of cleaning procedures, staff supervision, and adherence to safety regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the cleanliness and ambiance of our facility while fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing clear guidance, training, and motivation to ensure efficient daily operations Develop and implement cleaning schedules that meet or exceed industry standards for sanitation and safety regulations Oversee all cleaning activities including general cleaning, industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and specialized custodial tasks Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to sanitation protocols Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment while maintaining cost-effective practices Conduct regular inspections of all areas to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly Foster a customer-focused environment by responding to guest requests and resolving issues swiftly to enhance overall satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within hospitality or commercial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, industrial cleaning methods, and safety regulations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly at all levels Extensive custodial experience including janitorial work, laundry operations, and hotel or hospitality environments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to develop efficient cleaning schedules and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with management software related to housekeeping operations is preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
