What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

$18 an hour. Level 2 cleaner: 7 months- 1 year and 6 months,
Rate:
$18, $19 or $20 an hour. Level 3 cleaner: 1 year and 6 months- 2+ years,
Rate:
$22+ an hour based on employees reliability and ability to get jobs done good and well. In each level your rate will change week to week based on your performance, amount of complaints, call outs, no shows, and tardys etc...Job Type:
