Position Summary As a Cleaning Technician, you will work alongside an experienced team member to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. Your workday will typically begin between 7:45-8:00 AM , where you'll meet your assigned team member before traveling together to each scheduled cleaning appointment. As a representative of The Dusty Details Cleaning Co., you'll be expected to maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude while interacting with both clients and fellow team members. Primary Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards Follow company cleaning systems, procedures, and checklists Deliver detailed, consistent results on every service Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and teammates Maintain a positive, dependable, and service-oriented attitude Ensure cleaning caddies are fully stocked and organized before each workday Turn in used cleaning cloths for laundering at the end of each workday Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining company equipment throughout the day and before leaving Report supply needs, equipment concerns, or client requests to management Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional work environment No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure every team member understands our systems, quality standards, and expectations before working independently.
