• Custodian
• Floor Technician
• Parking Lot Attendant Custodian Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.

Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as window washing, floor stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning as needed. Ensure all custodial equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to promote a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel. Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives to uphold facility standards. Floor technician Responsibilities Perform comprehensive floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and shine. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and solutions to remove stains, dirt, and debris effectively. Maintain and operate floor care machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors with precision and safety. Ensure all areas are sanitized regularly by applying environmentally friendly cleaning products in accordance with safety guidelines. Perform routine janitorial duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, dusting, and surface cleaning to uphold hygiene standards. Monitor supply levels of cleaning materials and notify management when replenishments are needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Parking Lot Attendant Responsibilities Perform routine trash removal across all designated areas. Ensure all custodial equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow safety procedures and use all tools responsibly to promote a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel. Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives to uphold facility standards. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or institutional setting is preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment. Experience working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
