A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast paced environment, a valid driver's license, forklift training, and some related experience. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds safely. Responsibilities Washes and cleans vehicles Cleans the Body Shop work areas Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Follows all safety and security procedures Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer and internet skills Experience in a similar role a plus Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance Company Description Become a member of a winning team that offers growth opportunities, excellent earning potential, and leadership that fosters engaged team members.
