Strong performers may have the opportunity to advance from Cleaning Professional → Team Leader → Management , based on performance, leadership ability, communication, and overall skill development. We handle high-end residential cleaning, post-construction cleaning, rental turnovers, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and detailed property cleaning throughout Los Angeles.

Location:

Various job sites throughout Los Angeles Responsibilities Perform detailed residential and post-construction cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, cabinetry, baseboards, fixtures, glass, and other surfaces Remove fine construction dust and prepare properties for move-in, staging, or presentation Work carefully around high-end finishes, furnishings, and materials Follow company checklists and project-specific instructions Provide before-and-after photos when required Report damage or unusual conditions before proceeding Work efficiently independently and as part of a team Requirements Professional cleaning experience strongly preferred Post-construction cleaning experience preferred Strong communication skills are very important Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be able to travel to job sites throughout Los Angeles Smartphone for scheduling and communication Willing to learn and grow as the company evolves, while being open to feedback, new cleaning techniques and improved ways of approaching work Comfortable with variable weekly hours Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills Strong performers may receive more consistent hours and opportunities to grow into senior or team-lead positions.
