We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Sanitation & Maintenance Associate to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of our facility, equipment, and exterior grounds. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning, facility maintenance tasks, and assist in keeping our operational areas operating smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:

Facility Cleaning & Upkeep:

Clean and maintain warehouse spaces, break rooms, offices, and general work areas. Collect and dispose of refuse and trash daily.

Equipment & Exterior Grounds Maintenance:

Sweep and wash the inside of transport trailers. Repair damaged pallets as needed. Maintain exterior property, including clearing ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a variety of powered warehouse and sanitation equipment.

Policy & Safety Compliance:

Strictly adhere to company procedures, safety rules, and operational guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with peers, leads, and management to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with safety standards.

Execute extra maintenance or sanitation tasks as assigned by supervisory staff. ...
