Responsibilities:

Assist Service Advisors by helping customers and maintaining organization in the service drive Safely move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop and other dealership areas Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures Promote effective working relationships with associates and departments Follow dealership procedures for vehicle delivery to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Assist fellow dealership personnel to support the overall functioning of the dealership Be prepared to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
