Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Operate commercial cleaning tools such as floor buffers, vacuums, mops, and scrubbers to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination Conduct heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safe lifting practices to move furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, waste disposal, and ensuring proper storage of cleaning supplies Assist with custodial responsibilities such as replenishing supplies, trash removal, and minor facilities maintenance tasks Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects including floor care, buffing, and detailed sanitation efforts Skills Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling safety procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently with attention to heavy lifting requirements Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or painting is a plus Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical agents, heavy equipment operation, and general workplace safety standards Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being!
