Residential Cleaning Technician (W-2 Employee) Clean Collective is a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving San Diego. We're hiring reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team as W-2 employees, not independent contractors . That means you're on payroll, covered by workers' comp, and never have to worry about self-employment taxes. What We Offer Flexible scheduling that works around school, family, or another job Paid training, so no experience is necessary Paid time traveling between client homes Mileage reimbursement for traveling between clients All cleaning equipment provided, plus a monthly stipend for cleaning products Paid sick leave [Tips kept 100% by staff / performance bonuses / referral bonuses] What You'll Do Clean clients' homes to our quality standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces using professional products and equipment Complete add-on tasks when requested, such as laundry, inside ovens and fridges, or baseboards Work [solo / in teams of 2-3] and complete scheduled appointments on time Communicate professionally and courteously with clients What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing thorough work Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Comfortable working in homes with pets Able to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Cleaning experience is a plus but not required
