Responsibilities Perform thorough carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Inspect carpets for stains or damage and determine necessary cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site. Report any issues or concerns regarding carpet conditions to management. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during cleaning processes. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, specifically carpet care. Knowledge of various carpet cleaning techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
