What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Residential & Commercial Cleaner Area:
All Bay Area, mostly
East Bay Pay:
$23/hour
Schedule:
Full time - Monday through Saturday Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Residential and commercial cleaning Deep cleaning, Move In/Out cleaning, Recurring Cleaning Window cleaning Carpet cleaning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid work permit (required) Valid Social security (required) California Drivers License (required) Reliable personal vehicle (required) Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented (required) Willing to learn and follow training(required) Able to do physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs)(required) Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication (required) English skills are a plus (not required) Previous cleaning experience is a plus (required)
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
