A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job description We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented cleaning technician to clean professional office environments for our clients. This position is for weekends only, although initial training and onboarding items may need to be completed during the week. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and understands the importance of creating a clean and welcoming workplace. Responsibilities Perform routine office cleaning duties according to company standards Clean and sanitize workspaces, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors, and clean hard surfaces Empty trash and recycling containers Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies as needed Dust desks, furniture and office fixtures Maintain a professional appearance Follow cleaning checklists and complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames What makes our team different We believe in employee development. What we're looking for Must be available every weekend Professionalism Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Reliable transportation to and from work and valid driver's license Clean driving record Smartphone with capability to download our scheduling app Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds for short distances Professional and respectful when working in clients spaces Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Must be a legal citizen of the United States High level of integrity and a strong moral compass is a must!
