This position involves performing various cleaning tasks both inside and outside of the aircraft, utilizing specialized equipment and cleaning products to achieve a pristine finish. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service are essential in this role. Duties Conduct thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including seats, carpets, windows, and lavatories. Perform exterior cleaning tasks such as washing, waxing, and buffing the aircraft's surface. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Drive vehicles as needed to transport cleaning equipment or materials to different locations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any passenger or crew inquiries regarding cleanliness. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning duties. Requirements Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Experience with buffing equipment is a plus. Customer service skills to effectively interact with passengers and crew members. Ability to drive vehicles safely as part of job responsibilities. Familiarity with car wash techniques or window tinting may be advantageous. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
