We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible work and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. You'll assist with exterior cleaning services such as power washing, gutter cleaning, and related tasks. Reliability and strong work ethic are essential. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Assist with exterior cleaning projects (soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning) Show up on time and ready to work Communicate clearly and professionally with team members as well as clients Operate pressure washers, soft wash systems, and other cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other build-up from building exteriors, windows, roofs, decks, and other surfaces

Requirements:

Strong reliability and punctuality Good work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physical outdoor work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in exterior cleaning is a plus (not required)
