Experienced Roof Cleaning Technician Infinite Exteriors —

Ocala, FL Full-Time Pay:

$22-$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Infinite Exteriors is seeking an experienced Roof Cleaning Technician to join our exterior cleaning team. This position requires at least 1 year of professional, hands-on roof cleaning experience . We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of safely and effectively cleaning residential roofs and can contribute to an experienced crew without needing entry-level roof-cleaning training. Primary Responsibilities Perform professional residential roof cleaning Safely work on and around tile, shingle, and metal roofing systems Properly prepare properties before roof cleaning Apply cleaning solutions using appropriate roof-cleaning and soft-wash methods Protect landscaping, painted surfaces, fixtures, and surrounding property Properly rinse, neutralize, and manage runoff when required Operate and maintain exterior cleaning equipment Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, equipment, and jobsite Communicate professionally with customers and other team members Assist with other exterior cleaning services as needed Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional roof-cleaning experience Valid driver's license Experience safely driving while pulling trailers Reliable transportation to and from work Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Comfortable working at heights and around ladders, roofs, and lifts Able to perform the physical requirements of exterior cleaning work Dependable and able to arrive to work on time Able to work effectively as part of a two-person crew Professional appearance and attitude Willingness to follow established company procedures and safety standards Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus but not required : Soft washing Residential pressure washing Commercial pressure washing Exterior building washing Concrete cleaning Driveway and sidewalk cleaning Paver cleaning and sealing Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Exterior property maintenance What We're Looking For The ideal candidate already understands professional roof cleaning and wants to work for an established exterior cleaning company where quality matters.
