$15 Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) Minimum of 1-3 years of valet/ porter parking experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and customer service skills Responsible, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Valid Driver's License (Learner's Permits not accepted) Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if applicable) Key Responsibilities - Valet Welcome customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate front desk or service area. Safely receive, move, park, and retrieve customer and service vehicles. Perform a 360° walk-around inspection before moving each vehicle and promptly report any visible damage or concerns. Maintain the valet/ramp area as clean, organized, and safe as possible. Assist with the proper flow and prioritization of vehicle pickups, waiter vehicles, and scheduled service vehicles. Receive and properly park loaner vehicles , documenting required information such as mileage and fuel level. Ensure service vehicles are washed, vacuumed when necessary, and parked in their designated areas. Maintain proper organization and control of vehicle keys/FOBs. Properly identify, tag, document, and organize towing vehicles. Communicate promptly with the front desk and supervisors regarding vehicles, damage, operational concerns, or other issues. Follow all MP Luxury Valet Parking Services procedures and safety expectations.
