In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various outdoor surfaces, including building exteriors, windows, sidewalks, and other designated areas. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering positive relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of cleaning techniques, and contribute to the overall curb appeal of commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Perform exterior cleaning tasks using pressure washers, hand tools, and industrial cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other buildup from building facades, windows, gutters, and outdoor surfaces. Safely operate ladders and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing as part of comprehensive exterior maintenance services. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, harnesses, and respirators to ensure safety during all cleaning procedures. Handle manual lifting of heavy equipment or materials with proper technique to prevent injury during outdoor work activities. Apply safety measures including fire extinguisher use and other emergency procedures when necessary. Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment regularly for optimal performance; troubleshoot minor issues promptly. Follow strict safety protocols during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries on-site. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any concerns professionally. Skills Proficiency in ladder use for accessing elevated surfaces safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for various outdoor surfaces and materials. Experience with hand tools, pressure washing machines, industrial cleaning equipment, and floor buffing machines. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing manual handling tasks in outdoor environments. Familiarity with duct cleaning procedures and outdoor sanitation practices. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence including PPE usage and fire extinguisher operation. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability in various weather conditions.
