Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring integrity and appearance. Use janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining attention to detail in all cleaning activities. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and proper use of manual handling techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, outdoor work, and manual tasks required for comprehensive cleaning duties. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple locations. Previous outdoor work experience or residential housekeeping background is a plus.
