Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner

Experience:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with floor care equipment, such as buffers and carpet cleaners
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
