Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and appliances effectively Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during cleaning routines Maintain cleanliness of all areas by following established janitorial and custodial procedures Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining quality standards Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices is highly desirable Hands-on experience with various cleaning equipment and detergents is advantageous Outdoor work experience adds value for projects involving exterior property maintenance Strong client communication skills to understand expectations and deliver exceptional service Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about creating pristine environments!
