Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing support is a plus. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe facility. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (6-8 hours per shift) Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day Occasional sitting and driving as needed What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness of plant and production areas Operate floor cleaning equipment on a set schedule and mop floors as needed Remove chips from chip bins and support oil recovery processes Clean machinery according to schedule and assist with basic upkeep tasks Manage trash removal, pallet/crate breakdown, and general facility organization Support safety by identifying and correcting hazards on the shop floor Assist with receiving deliveries and facility maintenance tasks as needed Operate forklift (training provided) and perform other duties as assigned At Structure Medical, your work helps keep our operations safe, clean, and running smoothly so we can continue creating products that make a difference in people's lives.
