Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Window Cleaning Technician and bring sparkle and clarity to homes in your community! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier window cleaning services that enhance the beauty and value of residential properties. Using your skills and enthusiasm, you'll ensure every window shines, from ground-level to high-rise skylights, creating a brighter environment for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop specialized cleaning techniques, and provide exceptional customer service with every appointment. Duties Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results on all types of windows, including skylights and high-rise building windows. Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely to remove dirt, grime, and environmental buildup from exterior glass surfaces. Utilize rope access techniques and scissor lifts for high or hard-to-reach windows while adhering strictly to safety protocols. Clean interior windows and glass surfaces efficiently, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and appearance. Apply proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks to ensure safety at all times. Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in different environments. Maintain and organize cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring everything is in optimal condition for daily use. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in residential window cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial work is highly desirable. Familiarity with storefront window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and high-rise building window maintenance is a plus. Ability to operate pressure washers, rope access systems, ladders, and scissor lifts safely and effectively. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work and working at heights. Experience with traditional squeegee window cleaning methods and the use of various cleaning equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, use scaffolding or lifts, and perform outdoor tasks over extended periods. Knowledge of safety equipment use including PPE is essential for ensuring personal safety and compliance with regulations.
