A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Clubhouse Porter Homeowners Association of Highland Lakes Palm Harbor, FL Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description The Clubhouse Porter oversees the Clubhouse, Annex, Golf building, Lodge, pool area, and Tennis courts. General Duties and Responsibilities Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on the lodge, clubhouse, and common areas to the Facilities Manager. Professionally represents the community on/off the property. Answering the phone after the front desk staff leaves for the night. Checking guest tags at the Clubhouse pool, Lodge pool, and Tennis courts. Report unsafe conditions on the nightly activity report. Nightly activity reports are monitored by both the Facilities Manager and Association Manager. From Time to Time, check on large parties and assist with trash as needed. Plugging in and securing all carts. Checking in packages from UPS and Fed X. Putting down umbrellas on the pool decks and patios. Locking Red course gate. Filling in incident reports when needed. Securing buildings and setting alarms at the end of the day. Any other duties assigned by management. Must be able to work Thursday - Saturday evenings. Between 15-20 hours per week.
