Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms by ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Assist with any additional housekeeping management tasks as required by clients. Utilize janitorial experience to handle various cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is advantageous. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet client expectations.
