Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

  • The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned. Monitor building's security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces. Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture and scrub surface clean. Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants. Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time. Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained. Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor. Additional Information /
