A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated full time 2nd shift Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
- Conduct floor care including buffing and waxing
- Handle waste disposal and recycling activities
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks
- Ensure all areas are kept secure and safe Skills
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
- Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with residential painting is a plus

$12.50- $15.
