Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Job Summary Ecosource is hiring a flexible, dependable Night Backup Cleaner to support our Janitorial Associates (JAs). In this key floating role, you will step in to cover scheduled and unscheduled shift absences This is a great fit for someone reliable, flexible, and comfortable managing people while also working in the field.

Schedule:

Part-time (23-25hrs/week)

Mon-Fri What You'll Be Doing:

Support assigned Janitorial Associates (JAs) Step in as a Backup Cleaner for missed or uncovered accounts Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal Manage supplies and basic equipment needs

What We're Looking For:

Prior cleaning experience required Strong reliability and accountability Ability to work independently and lead a team. English is required. Reliable transportation required Willingness to commute across MA and NH Spanish (preferred, not required) Legal Notice All pay rates are set to comply with state and federal wage laws, including minimum wage and overtime requirements.
