Janitorial/Truck Route - Contract to Hire!

Overview Full-time Janitorial - Business Cleaner for our Bangor Client. Great shift that starts at 7 am and done by 3 pm, Monday thru Friday. This route starts in Bangor and travels to Bucksport and sometimes Ellsworth. Company vehicle provided. You will be the dedicated individual to ensure a clean environment for the businesses you are assigned. $17.50 to start with an attendance bonus available. Typical duties are vacuuming (using a backpack vac), cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, dusting, etc. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must meet background check requirements. Proven experience in janitorial work preferred , yet willing to train someone who takes pride in doing a good job. Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routes efficiently. Excellent attention to detail ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, reaching, grasping, crouching and standing for extended periods.
