Seasonal Residential Cleaner

Holly's Professional Cleaning is looking for seasonal cleaners, to help get us through our extremely busy season. This position will include cleaning residential customer's homes, commercial customers and short term rentals. We are looking for cleaners to start immediately. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Sound like you? This position is out our Bangor office and will be working in the Greater Bangor Area as well as Ellsworth, Orland, Bucksport, Hancock, Castine, Surry, on MDI and surrounding areas. Professional cleaning experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. The work schedule will consist of weekends and holidays through the summer and some early morning (6:30 am) start times. There is a possibility of this job carrying into a permanent position at the end of the season. Responsibilities Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors Change linen General housekeeping Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area Stage unit for next guest according to individual property guidelines Maintain health and sanitary requirements Qualifications Be a reliable person Professional cleaning experience preferred but not necessarily required Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision Ability to work solo and as a team Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.) Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required) We are looking forward to your application.
