The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and general functionality of two commercial office buildings . Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties throughout two commercial office buildings. The buildings are located in the same parking lot. Clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, offices, entrances, and other assigned areas. Empty trash and recycling containers as needed. Keep floors, surfaces, and high-traffic areas clean and presentable. Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces. Monitor facilities for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns. Promptly address minor issues and report maintenance needs when necessary. Assist with general facility maintenance and other cleaning-related tasks as assigned. Maintain a professional and courteous presence while working around employees, visitors, and guests. Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required . Strong attention to detail. Ability to clean and maintain a variety of surfaces effectively. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities. Professional attitude and good communication skills.
