About the Position We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our cleaning team! Our team provides cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. Every day can look a little different, with services ranging from regular maintenance cleaning to deep cleans, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and other specialty projects. We offer flexible scheduling and are looking for people who can work both independently and alongside other team members. What You'll Do Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to written instructions, verbal directions, and company cleaning standards. Provide respectful and professional service while working inside our clients' homes and businesses. Work effectively on your own as well as part of a cleaning team. Manage your time and responsibilities to make sure assigned work is completed thoroughly and efficiently. Treat clients, their property, and fellow team members with honesty, care, and respect. Learn and use our cleaning methods, products, equipment, and procedures. No Cleaning Experience Required Previous professional cleaning experience is not required . We provide training and will teach you the techniques and expectations you need to be successful. What matters most to us is that you are reliable, willing to learn, and able to take what you're taught and apply it to your work. For team members who want to take on additional responsibility, there are also opportunities to learn new services, develop additional skills, and grow within the company.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
