What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Seeking a motivated and experienced professional cleaner• with a positive attitude. Must have an eye for detail , be punctual and have the ability to work independently and with a team. •This position requires previous experience/knowledge of cleaning residential homes and/or vacation rentals. Hotel housekeeping experience alone is not sufficient, as residential and rental cleaning involve different standards, attention to detail, and responsibilities. Applicants should be comfortable working independently in private homes and short-term rental properties. $
