Overview Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated Industrial Sanitation Workers that can work in a fast-paced environment at a manufacturing and food processing facility in New Boston, MI.

Day Shift :

12:00PM - 8:00

PM Night Shift :

9:30PM - 6:20AM

•7 Day operating facility MUST be available to work ANY DAY of the week

•$17.00/hr

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across all production and storage areas. Your efforts will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, support efficient operations, and uphold the highest standards of sanitation. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in industrial cleaning practices or willing to learn industrial cleaning practices. You can NOT wear ANY of the following in this facility: No false nails/acrylic/nail polish No false lashes or lash extensions No jewelry of any kind, including body jewelry (dermal piercings) Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of production floors, equipment, and workstations using appropriate cleaning agents and methods. Dismantle and reassemble complex machinery used to make products. Conduct sanitation procedures in food processing areas to meet regulatory standards for food safety. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies, equipment, and waste removal as needed. Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination. Support general custodial duties such as restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness in common areas. Use industrial cleaning tools and machinery efficiently to maximize productivity and safety. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial roles within manufacturing or food production environments preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleanliness and compliance. Experience with warehouse or custodial work is advantageous. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications Willingness to learn, adapt and apply all useful and practical ideas, information and instructions.
