A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The Custodian will be expected to perform a variety of tasks to ensure our buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Duties:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning practices.
