Per Local 1305 Collective Bargaining AgreementQUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent Valid Driver's License Required Possess good habits, character and attendance records Be neat and clean in appearance Ability to work alone and within a group to complete tasks Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions Ability to read instructions and follow verbal and written directions Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to walk, bend, stoop and squat as part of daily job duties Ability to work outside and in inclement weather conditions Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria: seniority, ability, initiative, and performance.
