Use custodial equipment efficiently for tasks like buffing, floor care, and general cleaning to ensure optimal results. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper handling safety procedures is essential. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocol adherence. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation and cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff or visitors when necessary. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus.
