What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Jim Falk Motors Inc. has an immediate opening for a part-time Automotive Porter . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Driving vehicles in and around our facility Preparing and cleaning lot vehicles for customer walk-arounds Preparing and cleaning vehicles for customer delivery Assisting our customer-facing staff with client needs Helping maintain the cleanliness of the property The following qualities will separate you from other candidates: Great communication skills Well organized Strong work ethic Positive attitude Enjoy working in a team environment Dependable and flexible with scheduling
