A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. We are hiring a variety of technicians and looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Commission pay with $15/hr guaranteed . Our Cleaning Technicians complete quality carpet, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning services for our customers, while providing client satisfaction. We value hard work and compensate our technicians accordingly with a commission pay structure and bonus opportunities. We guarantee $15 per hour , and our high performing technicians often average $22-$27 per hour .

Qualifications:

Valid, US driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check Ability to work Saturdays and overtime Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
