Cleaner & Maintenance Team Member Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | $18-$22/hour Freedom Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help keep our vacation rental properties clean, maintained, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and preparing vacation rentals Completing property inspections Minor maintenance and handyman repairs Troubleshooting TVs, Wi-Fi, smart locks, thermostats, and appliances Replacing filters, batteries, light bulbs, and basic hardware Helping with linens, supplies, and inventory Responding to occasional guest or property issues We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and works well independently Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable with both cleaning and basic maintenance Has reliable transportation Can lift 40-50 lbs. Is available some weekends and holidays Is comfortable using a smartphone Experience in cleaning, maintenance, vacation rentals, hotels, or property management is helpful, but we will train the right person.

Pay:

$18-$22/hour depending on experience, with potential additional pay for after-hours/on-call coverage. Apply with your work experience and general availability.
