for this position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with carpet-cleaning equipment and understands the proper techniques for maintaining and caring for a variety of flooring surfaces. What You'll Do Maintain and deep-clean carpets and flooring throughout the WhiteStone community Perform major floor-care projects and keep high-traffic areas looking their best Operate vacuums, floor-care equipment, and other Environmental Services equipment Remove and transport major trash from the community Help with event set-up and tear-down Assist with housekeeping in resident homes, apartments, the Care and Wellness Center, hallways, common areas, offices, and other community spaces as needed Restock paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other supplies Keep EVS carts and janitor closets clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow proper chemical-use procedures and PPE requirements Complete daily duties and maintain accurate EVS records Work according to priorities established by the supervisor Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and team members We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous professional carpet cleaning experience —

Has experience with floor maintenance and commercial cleaning Takes pride in their work and notices the details others may miss Can safely operate cleaning and floor-care equipment Works independently while also being a dependable team player Provides friendly, respectful service to residents, guests, and coworkers Can follow instructions and communicate effectively in English Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism The Physical Side This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your shift on your feet, walking throughout the community, bending, reaching, kneeling, and operating cleaning equipment. You'll need to be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds independently and push or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds over carpeted and tiled surfaces. Why WhiteStone?
