Job Summary Over The Top Cleaning Crew, LLC is hiring two dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our weekend commercial cleaning team. Weekend cleaners are responsible for maintaining assigned areas according to company cleaning standards, facility procedures, and daily checklists. Most duties are completed independently, but employees must also work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members when assistance is needed. Applicants must be available to work the complete Saturday and Sunday schedule for the position selected. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, entrances, hallways, and other assigned areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash containers and transport trash to designated disposal areas Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces Check, refill, and restock paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, sanitizer, and other supplies Follow assigned cleaning checklists and facility procedures Report low supplies, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards to management Assist with additional cleaning assignments when requested Complete all assigned duties within the scheduled shift Work independently while supporting the team when needed Follow all attendance, timekeeping, safety, and workplace policies Qualifications and Requirements Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is strongly preferred Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work every Saturday and Sunday Must be able to work the entire assigned shift Must be able to work independently without constant supervision Must be able to cooperate and communicate respectfully with supervisors and team members Must be able to follow written cleaning checklists and verbal instructions Must manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail Must have a reliable, working cell phone Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods Must be able to bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning duties Must be able to carry cleaning supplies and bags of trash safely Pay and Performance Incentives Pay range: $12.50
