What You'll Do Pressure and soft washing Residential and commercial window cleaning Gutter cleaning Other exterior cleaning services Work outdoors as part of a professional crew Provide excellent customer service Production-Based Pay Our technicians are compensated using a production-based pay structure , with a target day rate of $180 per technician when daily revenue goals are met . Daily earnings may be higher or lower depending on production and revenue performance . This gives productive, efficient technicians the opportunity to increase their earnings when their team exceeds its goals.
