Schedule:

5-6 shifts a week, 6pm to 6am

Major Function:

Clean and sanitize production area and machines

Duties and Responsibilities:

Wash out mixer Disassemble and wash stick extruder Clean turner and outside of fryer Clean gray containers and rack Clean bowl and hoist Clean the scale Clean floor in the stick make up area Empty trash in new building Clean enrober and glaze tanks on stick line Clean and sanitize all conveyors and I.J. white cooler Clean white discharge conveyor and rollers Clean all drains on stick line Wash gray containers and other utensils in 3" pie area Clean mixer, tanks, and lines if not clean Wash platinum's / clean Asser machine Wash floor drains in make up areas Clean floor drains in 3" pies wrapping area Boil honey bun fryer, wash floor around fryer Clean sugar out of catch pans on cooler Knock off hardened glaze on cooler, wash glazer Wash transfer conveyors from glazer to monorail

Working Relationships:

Works with other sanitors, reports to supervisor or management of plant

Job Requirements:

Completion of grammar school Working knowledge of practices, materials and equipment used in cleaning and otherwise maintaining the appearance of machines, building interiors and furnishings Ability to perform a variety of tasks regularly or as the need arises without special instructions Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees Capable to lift 50 lbs Carolina Foods is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
